2. Services Description

PharmaPresence provides website design, development, and hosting services specifically for UK pharmacies. Our services include website creation, hosting, domain registration, and ongoing support as outlined in your chosen plan.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required before services are provided. For monthly plans, payment is due monthly in advance. For one-time purchases, full payment is required before delivery. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our hosted service & Self-hosted purchases excluding domain name registration and hosting fees incurred in setting up your account. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content you provide and the customised website. However, the underlying code, templates, and design elements remain the intellectual property of PharmaPresence.

6. Limitation of Liability

PharmaPresence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with your website files and assist with migration where possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
